  • Memberships can be purchased any time of the year

  • Once you purchase your membership you can begin using it right away

  • There is a 4% monthly credit card processing fee.

  • All memberships are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase

  • Monthly payments recur on the same date each month. Your credit card will be charged on the day of the month that you originally purchased your membership. If you purchase an annual membership you will automatically renew on your anniversary date.

  • Memberships are non-transferable

  • Memberships will automatically renew and continue until canceled

  • You cannot cancel your membership before the 12 month

  • You may cancel your membership after the 12 month by logging into the membership portal, or by calling 319-373-1111

  • You may upgrade your membership at anytime. However you are not allowed to downgrade your membership

  • There are no blackout dates for memberships. Members can use their membership on any normal operating day. Make sure to check our operating hours

  • Waivers are required for all participants – Sign waivers here

  • Fun Station Grip Socks are required for the play maze
